Zhongshan Gaoya Silicone Product Co., Ltd is a professional manufacturer of LSR products, only provide OEM and ODM service to customers. Company located in the state-level development zones - Zhongshan High-Tech Torch Development Zone, GuangDong, covering 5, 000 square meters. Our main products including LSR baby nipple, LSR feeding bottle, breast pump, silicone sleeve, teether and so on.
Company have independent ability to develop tool, can design and manufacture high precision LSR tool, solid silicone, plastic mold independently. Our mold department is equipped with EDM, CNC lathes, milling machines, presses, grinders and other sophisticated machineries. With 11 advanced LSR injection machine, 2 automatic plate vulcanizer, we use about 25 tons LSR raw material each month. Most of our LSR baby products pass the relatvie certification, FDA, EN14350-2, EN2009/ 72/ EC.
Our quality system has obtained certification of With an ISO9001: 2000 certified quality system. We run the full-depth development of production quality management, establish a modern high-tech testing laboratory.
